Here's how to follow your order from checkout to your door.

Step 01

Check your confirmation email

After checkout you'll receive an order confirmation email. It includes a link to view your order status at any time.

Step 02

When your order ships, a shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent to the same email address.

Step 03

Send us your order number and the email used at checkout and we'll look into it.
